No matter how life
went
You always had a song
Through all the pain and sorrow
Your Melody was strong.
You'd put all of your feelings Into everything you'd do
And share the song with each of us
So we could be part too.
Together by a common thread
We stood on Common Ground.
Each put a part of his own soul
And this became our sound.
We know you as our friend,
And Mother, daughter, wife.
